Emma is a precious little boy who came to Home of Hope after being discovered during community home visits. He had been living with his grandmother, who became too ill to continue caring for him. Wanting to ensure he received the support he needed, Home of Hope welcomed Emma into their family. When he arrived, he was malnourished, but with proper nutrition and care, his health quickly improved.

Today, Emma continues to thrive in the loving environment of Home of Hope. His epilepsy is well controlled with medication, and he has made encouraging progress in his mobility, now sitting independently in his wheelchair. Although he is still unable to feed himself, he has a great appetite and enjoys mealtimes. Emma is a content and happy child who loves being surrounded by the other children and caregivers.
