Meet Gloria
Gloria is a beautiful young lady with severe cerebral palsy, which affects her ability to walk, speak, and care for herself. After her mother passed away during childbirth, Gloria was left in the care of her aunt. Unfortunately, she spent much of her early life isolated and alone until concerned neighbors reported her situation to local authorities. Gloria was then brought to Home of Hope, where she has found the love, care, and support she deserves.
Since arriving at Home of Hope, Gloria has made remarkable progress. She has learned to feed herself and can now sit with minimal support. Gloria loves food, enjoys listening to music, watching television, and observing the other children as they play. While she was initially very withdrawn, she has become increasingly happy, engaged, and social over the years. Her therapy sessions focus on improving her fine motor skills, helping her gain even greater independence.
Gloria is in need of sponsorship for her daily care at Home of Hope. A sponsorship of $45 per month helps provide meals, clothing, nanny care, occupational and physical therapy services, and other essential needs. Your support helps ensure Gloria continues to receive the care, encouragement, and opportunities she needs to thrive.
